Overview

TAV Airports is a prominent global airport operator established in 1997 through a joint venture that included Tepe Construction, Akfen, and Airport Consulting Vienna. Over the years, the company has expanded its footprint to manage 15 airports across eight countries, with a strong presence in Turkey, Europe, and the Middle East. In 2024, it served more than 107 million passengers.

Publicly traded since 2007 on the Istanbul Stock Exchange and part of Groupe ADP since 2012, the organization provides diverse services such as airport operations, duty-free retail via its ATÜ Duty-Free subsidiary, food and beverage, ground handling, IT solutions, and security services. Its subsidiaries extend services to over 100 airports in more than 30 countries, supporting tailored solutions for airport management and infrastructure development.
