Formed in 2022 from the merger of Faurecia SE and HELLA, Forvia rebranded in June 2023 and is now the 7th largest automotive parts manufacturer worldwide.

The company operates in over 36 countries with around 150 production sites and serves more than 300 customers globally, including major OEMs such as Volkswagen, Ford, and Peugeot.
