Established in 1994 by Orest Vovk, the business operates as a family-run enterprise and has become a leading force in the Ukrainian yeast market with a significant market share across multiple sectors.

With 30 years of expertise, the company runs two factories in Europe, annually producing roughly 60,000 tons. Enzym Group exports to more than 23 countries and boasts an in-house R&D center composed of over 20 scientists focused on yeast-based innovations. Its diverse offerings include natural yeast-based feed additives, premium distilling yeast, and baking products. The company is committed to international quality standards and continuous technological advancement.
