Beaufort Memorial Hospital (BMH) is a not-for-profit, acute-care hospital located in Beaufort, South Carolina. Founded in 1944, it has grown to become the largest medical facility between Savannah, Georgia, and Charleston, South Carolina, with 201 licensed beds. The hospital serves the residents of Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton counties, operating as a regional referral center and handling over 600,000 patient encounters each year.

The hospital system includes 15 facilities and delivers a comprehensive range of services such as acute inpatient care, surgical and emergency care, cancer and rehabilitation services, imaging and diagnostic, maternity and neonatal care. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, it has earned numerous certifications and awards.
