Team Access to Enrichment
"Bitscale acted as a playground for me rather than a tool. You can take in any problem, use their APIs, use your workflows, and then whatever output you need, you can get that output in whatever format you want."

Pazcare is India's leading employee benefits platform, offering streamlined corporate insurance, wellness packages, and tax-saving benefits to the modern workforce. Founded in 2020 and backed by $11.3M in funding, Pazcare helps companies of all sizes manage group health, accident, and term life insurance — all in one place.
With a fast-growing sales team operating across India, Pazcare's RevOps and SDR teams needed a smarter, faster way to find, enrich, and act on prospect data at scale.
Before Bitscale, Pazcare's prospecting and enrichment process was fragmented, slow, and locked behind user licenses.
The team was juggling multiple tools — Apollo, Lusha, and other contact aggregators — but none of them worked well together. Apollo wasn't delivering reliable results, and every integration with Zoho CRM required significant manual effort.
The real bottleneck was access. Because these tools operated on per-seat licenses, only 3–4 dedicated people could run enrichment at any given time. SDRs had to submit contacts, wait for the enrichment team to manually look them up, receive the data back, and then add it into Zoho themselves — a loop that ate up 1–2 hours per batch and capped the team at around 100 enriched contacts per day.
"We had to keep three or four folks because it was not accessible to each and everyone. They had user licenses, so it was not accessible. So we had to give it on the basis of whosoever can."
— Abhishek Goyal, Pazcare
Pazcare found in Bitscale something they didn't expect: not just another enrichment tool, but a flexible, API-native platform they could build on.
The team built a custom LinkedIn Extractor workflow — a lightweight browser extension that, whenever an SDR browses a prospect's LinkedIn profile, automatically pushes that contact to Bitscale. Bitscale then handles enrichment using its AI-powered workflows and writes the enriched data back directly into Zoho CRM via API — all without any manual handoff.
This turned what was a multi-step, multi-person process into a one-click enrichment flow accessible to every member of the team.
Beyond the LinkedIn workflow, Pazcare also built:
"Bitscale acted as a playground for me rather than a tool. You can take in any problem, use their APIs, use your workflows, and then whatever output you need, you can get that output in whatever format you want."
— Abhishek Goyal, Pazcare
The impact was immediate and measurable.
| Metric | Before Bitscale | After Bitscale |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts enriched per day | ~100 | 300–400 |
| Time per enrichment batch | 1–2 hours | Minutes |
| Team members who could enrich | 3–4 (licensed) | Entire team |
| CRM update process | Manual, multi-step | Automated via API |
By giving every SDR direct access to enrichment, Pazcare eliminated the bottleneck entirely. The team's account and contact outreach volume grew 3–4x, and the RevOps function now runs leaner with fewer manual touchpoints.
"The number of contacts that we used to enrich has gone up from 100 contacts a day to 300–400 contacts a day. Our account outreach has gone higher, our team outreach has gone higher."
— Abhishek Goyal, Pazcare
Pazcare is now expanding its Bitscale usage beyond enrichment. Upcoming workflows include:
"I would recommend marketers in India or sales folks in India to work on Bitscale — the ease of doing your role goes very high, and your RevOps team will obviously love it."
