Overview

Part of the nationwide Farm Credit System established in 1916, this member-owned cooperative provides financially related services to agriculture. The organization comprises two subsidiaries as collectively "the Association," serving farmers and ranchers throughout Utah and parts of Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona. Their services include financing for real estate, livestock, equipment, and operating expenses with flexible loan maturities between three months and 30 years.

Owned and controlled by borrower members, the Association is led by a Board of Directors elected from member-borrowers and two outside directors. Its customer base includes farmers, ranchers, nursery and greenhouse operators, forest products businesses, part-time farmers, and agribusinesses. The core mission is to deliver expert agricultural finance solutions and support the broader agricultural community.
