Vertis Infrastructure Trust, formerly known as Highways Infrastructure Trust, is a SEBI-registered Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) focused on managing a diverse portfolio of highway infrastructure assets in India. Established under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and registered with SEBI in December 2021, Vertis has rebranded to enhance its identity in the market. The trust manages 28 assets across 10 states, covering over 8,300 lane kilometers, with significant recent expansions.

The portfolio includes toll roads and hybrid annuity model (HAM) projects, with toll assets contributing approximately 40% of revenue.
