Overview

The University of Alaska is a public university system in Alaska, consisting of three main campuses: the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), and University of Alaska Southeast (UAS). Established in 1917, the system was consolidated in 1975 to unify its campuses under one administration.
