Texas Children's Hospital Administrative Fellowship

Overview

The Texas Children's Hospital Administrative Fellowship is a postgraduate training program intended for developing future leaders in pediatric healthcare administration. Early-career professionals participate in hands-on learning that includes executive-level meetings, rotations, project work, and shadowing senior leaders within the nation's largest children's hospital.

The fellowship duration ranges from 12 to 18 months, with the next cohort beginning in July 2026. Applications open on June 16, 2025, and close on August 22, 2025. Candidates must have or be close to completing a CAHME-accredited MHA, CEPH-accredited MPH, or AACSB-accredited MBA, demonstrating both a passion for pediatric and women's healthcare and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Fellows may also fulfill remaining graduate degree requirements if coursework is complete.
