Overview

Telesur is the government-owned telecommunications provider in Suriname, officially known as the Telecommunications Company Suriname. Established in 1945, it offers a wide range of services, including fixed and mobile telephony, broadband and wireless internet, cable television, and management of the .sr country code top-level domain. Serving both residential and commercial customers, it remains the only full-service telecommunications provider in the country.
