Overview

Symbion Community is Denmark’s largest entrepreneurial and startup environment, established in 1986 to promote collaboration between academia and industry. As a non-profit private limited company, it is co-owned by the Symbion Foundation, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School, and private investors. Symbion operates six locations in Copenhagen, catering to over 650 companies in sectors such as IT, life science, AI, and game development.

The organization provides a supportive ecosystem for startups and entrepreneurs, offering a variety of office spaces, coworking amenities, and specialized laboratories. Members benefit from a digital community platform for networking and knowledge sharing, as well as access to professional support through workshops and advisory boards.
