SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) is a nonprofit organization established in 1963 with a mission to close educational and career opportunity gaps for underserved young people. Annually, it serves over 7,000 participants through education, mentorship, and career development programs. The organization is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering opportunities for individuals from various backgrounds and maintains a network of more than 26,000 alumni across 46 U.S. states and 48 countries.

SEO provides tailored programs such as SEO Scholars for high school students, SEO Career for undergraduates preparing for internships, SEO Alternative Investments for professionals, and SEO Law to promote diversity in the legal field. The SEO Leadership Institute focuses on leadership development. Through these initiatives, participants gain essential skills, experience, and connections for success in competitive environments. SEO partners with over 200 companies, delivering well-prepared interns and future employees, and is recognized for its rigorous standards and sustained impact on educational equity and career opportunities.
