Proliance Surgeons, Inc. is a physician-led surgical practice based in Washington state, established in 2002 through the merger of Surgical Associates of Washington and Orthopedic Consultants of Washington. The organization has grown to include over 450 providers, including more than 200 board-certified surgeons and specialists, serving patients at over 100 locations, including 17 Ambulatory Surgical Centers throughout the Puget Sound region.

Specializing in a wide range of fields such as orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and neurosurgery, the network performs over 68,000 surgeries and procedures annually. Proliance Surgeons is committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective care tailored to individual patient needs, maintaining a strong emphasis on personalized experiences and exceptional patient outcomes through its independent care centers.
