Founded in 1987 as a community clinic in downtown Bremerton, this organization became a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in 1995. It provides primary medical, dental, behavioral health counseling, substance use treatment, pharmacy services, and health education for individuals at all stages of life.

All patients have access to services regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, with eligibility for sliding fee discounts based on income and family size.
