At Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE), every youth is given the opportunity to thrive through compassionate and dedicated care. Serving Essex County as a Care Management Organization within New Jersey's Children's System of Care, PCE supports youth facing diverse and complex challenges, including emotional, behavioral, intellectual, developmental, and substance use needs.

The organization is committed to fostering hope and empowering young people and their families. Using the Wraparound model of care, PCE creates individualized, strength-based plans to help youth remain safe, supported, and empowered in their homes, schools, and communities. The mission centers on building brighter futures and strengthening community ties for lasting change.
