An independent medical practice, established in 1969, Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) delivers comprehensive orthopaedic and spine care services to patients across Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. Founded by a group of physicians, the practice now includes over 95 specialists and operates six campuses in Fort Collins, Greeley, Lafayette, Longmont, Loveland, and Westminster, Colorado.

OCR provides orthopedic surgery, physical and occupational therapy, digital imaging, outpatient surgery, and interventional pain management. Advanced care offerings include a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery and recovery center in partnership with UCHealth, after-hours urgent care, and 24/7 access to injury experts for immediate patient support.
