Oben Electric is a Bengaluru-based electric vehicle startup founded in August 2020 by IIT and IIM alumni Madhumita Agrawal and Dinkar Agrawal. The flagship product, the Oben Rorr, is a premium electric motorcycle that features advanced battery technology, including a 4.4 kWh battery with Maximum Heat Exchange (MHX) technology. This design offers superior thermal management and a range of up to 187 km, addressing common concerns about EV battery performance. Oben Electric also previously offered a premium e-scooter model, known as OBEN, which features fast-charging technology and a top speed of 90 km/h. The company is committed to building trust through reliable, high-quality products and is expanding its portfolio to strengthen its position in India's growing EV market.
