North Shore Community College

Overview

Established in 1965, this public, non-profit two-year community college is located in Massachusetts with campuses in Danvers and Lynn. It serves over 8,000 credit students and 3,000 non-credit students annually from 26 cities and towns along the North Shore, offering more than 80 associate degree and certificate programs that stress accessible and affordable education.

The institution supports a diverse student body, including first-generation students, veterans, and English language learners. It is dedicated to aligning its programs with regional workforce needs by offering workforce development training, lifelong learning, and services for racially minoritized students. Accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education, the college is known for high employment outcomes among graduates and will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2025.
