Overview

National Highways Infra Trust (NHAI InvIT) is an Infrastructure Investment Trust registered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) since October 28, 2020. It enables investors, both individual and institutional, to participate in completed, revenue-generating highway assets managed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The trust pools highway infrastructure assets and offers units to investors, generating returns through tolls and user fees.
