Founded in 1988, Miromar Development Corporation is a multi-faceted real estate development company which holds a portfolio of internationally recognized residential and commercial properties in the United States.

Current holdings in Southwest Florida include the award-winning Miromar Outlets, voted Best Shopping Mall in Southwest Florida; Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, awarded the National Association of Home Builders Gold Award for #1 Residential Community in the United States; Miromar Design Center, the only design center in Southwest Florida featuring 45 home décor stores; and University Village, a mixed-use development providing student residences, retail lifestyle shops, restaurants and residential neighborhoods located just south of Florida Gulf Coast University.
