LifeSource is an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) that facilitates organ, eye, and tissue donation across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and parts of western Wisconsin. As one of 55 OPOs in the United States, it connects donors, their families, and transplant recipients, focusing on inspiring public registration for donation, supporting donor families, and managing the donation process, including the transportation of organs to transplant centers.

The organization is also committed to community outreach and collaborative partnerships with hospitals and transplant centers to increase donation rates.
