Overview

JAMS is the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services globally, specializing in mediation and arbitration for complex business and commercial disputes. Established in 1979 by former California Superior Court judge H. Warren Knight, it operates 29 resolution centers across the United States, Toronto, and London, with nearly 500 experienced neutrals, including retired judges and former litigators.

The organization offers a broad spectrum of ADR services such as mediation, binding arbitration, neutral analysis, and settlement conferences, tailored to meet client needs with in-person, virtual, and hybrid approaches supported by advanced technology.
