International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is a free public charter school system serving over 26,000 K-12 students across 26 campuses in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Cleveland, and College Station. The organization focuses on preparing students for leadership in a global context, emphasizing servant leadership and multilingual education as foundational elements of its mission.

ILTexas delivers a comprehensive academic program that includes instruction in English, Spanish, and Chinese, highlighting the value of these languages for students' futures. Through the motto "Others Before Self," ILTexas encourages students to participate in service-learning opportunities that foster personal responsibility and community engagement.
