Toronto's largest provider of homelessness and housing services, dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness through affordable housing and comprehensive support services. With 40 years of experience, the organization operates 25 properties and serves over 2,300 people each night.

The organization employs a "housing first" model, focusing on client-centered approaches that provide wrap-around services in both shelter and housing settings. Its offerings include nine shelters, accounting for over 25% of all shelter beds in Toronto, and 15 supportive housing sites serving around 500 individuals. It also provides low-barrier access to meals and services, as well as warming centers during winter months.
