Launched in March 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown, it has grown into one of India’s largest digital wellness communities, boasting over 11 million members globally. The platform's mission is to make wellness accessible and inclusive, focusing on daily discipline to help individuals build lasting healthy habits through yoga, mindfulness, and fitness.
