Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) is a prominent integrated glass solutions and manufacturing company in India, established in 1984. It operates in the automotive and architectural glass segments, holding significant market shares of 77.1% in passenger car glass and 20% in architectural glass as of 2017.

The company is organized into three main Strategic Business Units: Automotive Glass, Building & Construction (Architectural Glass), and Consumer Glass. The Automotive Glass unit produces safety glass for major automobile manufacturers, while the Building & Construction segment offers a wide range of architectural glass products. With approximately 12 manufacturing plants and a robust distribution network, AIS also maintains international operations in Sri Lanka, Africa, and parts of the Middle East and Asia. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023, AIS reported a revenue of ₹5,663.4 crore and a net profit of ₹467.2 crore.
