Salesforce
CRM cleanup

Run your Salesforce leads, contacts, and accounts through one cleanup pass: dedupe, enrich, verify, re-score. Pull records straight from a report, list view, or SOQL query, and only changed fields go back through two-way sync.

About

How does Salesforce data cleanup work?

Connect Salesforce and point Bitscale at a report, list view, or SOQL query. Those records run through five steps, and nothing is written back unless the field was empty or the new value is verified.

Here's what changes in your CRM:

  • Duplicate accounts and contacts become one. Records for the same company or person merge into one, with activity history and related records kept.
  • Blank fields get filled, with a source. Emails, mobiles, titles, industry, and headcount come from 100+ providers in one waterfall, and each value shows where it came from.
  • Leavers get flagged, owners get re-routed. Job changes are caught the day they happen, the replacement is added as a new contact, and round robin assigns it to the right owner.
  • Every record gets re-scored. Clean records are scored against your ICP, so territories and routing run on data you trust.

Clean Salesforce

  • • Merge accounts
  • • Fill blanks
  • • Re-route owners

Who is this workflow for?

RevOps teams and Salesforce admins whose CRM feeds forecasting, territories, and routing. When accounts are missing industry or headcount, every report built on them is off, and cleanup ends up as a spreadsheet project nobody wants.

Here's how it helps:

  • Forecasts, territories, and routing all depend on Salesforce data.
  • The same company shows up as two or three accounts with slightly different names.
  • Contacts who left months ago are still owned by a rep and still in sequences.
  • You already pay for a data vendor and still see blank titles and phones.

FAQs

Your Questions, Answered

No. Bitscale only writes to the fields you map, and only when the field is empty or the new value is verified. Existing values, related records, and activity history stay untouched.
