Overview

TECSUP is a private, non-profit educational institution in Peru, established in 1982 by industrialists to address the need for skilled labor in technical and business sectors. It offers high-quality technical education through three-year degree programs and various short-term courses for both students and working professionals. Areas of study include computer science, chemistry, management skills, and industrial equipment operation and maintenance.

With campuses in Lima and Arequipa, it has been a pioneer in virtual education since 1999, providing access to students unable to attend in person. The institution collaborates with international partners to design and accredit distance education courses. Supported by 175 national enterprises contributing over $18 million, this organization plays a significant role in workforce development, having delivered over 1,136 training courses to approximately 18,700 students.
