uab Bank, formerly known as United Amara Bank, is a private commercial bank in Myanmar, established in August 2010. Headquartered in Yangon, it operates over 83 branches across 53 townships, serving more than half a million customers with a workforce of around 2,000 employees. As a fully-fledged universal banking group, the institution is one of only four banks in Myanmar licensed for investment banking.
The bank offers a comprehensive range of financial services, including consumer banking, premier banking, SME banking, corporate banking, trade finance, and treasury services. Through its subsidiary, uab securities, brokerage services, corporate and financial advisory, and capital market activities are provided.
