Overview

Receivables Exchange of India Limited (RXIL) is India's first Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform, established on December 3, 2016 as a joint venture promoted by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). RXIL operates a digital marketplace, enabling Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to efficiently realize their trade receivables by providing access to competitive invoice financing through multiple financiers including banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs).

The core service offered is the TReDS platform, which allows MSMEs to auction their trade receivables to various financiers via an online bidding process, ensuring competitive pricing and quick liquidation of receivables. RXIL has supported over 44,000 MSMEs and processed more than 8.85 million invoices, facilitating invoice financing exceeding Rs. 2,00,000 crore (approximately US$ 23.35 billion). Located in Mumbai, the organization is recognized for its contribution to financial inclusion and MSME growth in India.
