Incorporated on August 1, 1939, this member-owned, non-profit distribution cooperative supplies electric service to members in seven north-central and northeastern Oklahoma counties. It provides service to almost 14,000 members through 3,516 miles of distribution line covering a territory of 2,500 square miles, with headquarters in Cleveland, Oklahoma and a district office in Fairfax.
